Operation Diabetes is so excited to join our P1 colleague’s fundraiser event with the American Heart Association at the Jim Warren Baseball Fields in Franklin to take blood pressures and also provide diabetes education to patients. Her father passed away unexpectedly around 12 years ago and now she has collaborated with the AHA to hold a fundraiser and also serve patients in her community with education and screenings. She is really hoping to have support from UTHSC COP there—what a great opportunity to make an impact!
