Our goal is to reach out to the community in Franklin and educate them on Diabetes. We hope that our patients will leave with better understanding of how to prevent and control DM. We will be handing out healthy cookbooks and information sheets about the disease. While reaching this patient population we hope to highlight World Diabetes Day in congruence with the ADA.
